Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We hope you love your purchase! If for any reason you need to return your item(s), we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery for store credit only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them, in original packaging, with tags intact, unworn, and unwashed, or will be subject to denial.

We ask that the buyer pay the return shipping fees. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. At this time if your return is approved, you will be issued a store credit for the item(s), minus any initial shipping fees and taxes. Store credit never expires.

We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost items in return shipment.

If you do not ship your item(s) back in a timely manner, within 7 days after delivery, you will be issued a store credit for the current list price with all current sales and discounts taken.

Exchanges

We currently do not accept any exchanges due to limited availability. You must return your item for store credit and then reorder if available.

 

Final Sale / Items not eligible for return

Please note that all clearance items, items listed in a sale section, or items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return.

Loveys cannot be returned if taken out of the bag. This is for sanitary reasons and for the safety of all children.

Any hygiene items, including underwear, headwear (hats and headband bows) are NOT eligible for return and are FINAL SALE for sanitary and safety reasons.

Swaddles/blankets that have been removed from the giftbox packaging cannot be returned.

 

Cancelations/Order modifications

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed or if the order has already been shipped. Any order that does need to be canceled and meets criteria will have a 10% restocking fee applied.

Please double check your cart and sizes before placing your order! If you ordered the incorrect size or made a shipping address error, you have 3 hours to make these changes unless the order has already been shipped. Once orders have been shipped and are in the hands of USPS, UPS, FEDEX, or any other carrier we can only see the tracking that they provide. Please reach out to the specific carrier that your package was shipped with for any questions regarding delays or packages not arriving. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

As stated above, please make sure the shipping address is accurate as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the package has been shipped. Need to change the shipping address? Please email sleepylanellc@gmail.com with the subject ADDRESS CHANGE within 3 hours of placing your order.

 

Preorders

We cannot guarantee when a preorder will ship. We provide the best estimate we can, based on information received from our manufacturer. We are not able to cancel preorders.

 

Damaged or defective items

Please email us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective item. Sleepylanellc@gmail.com We will handle these scenarios on a case-by-case basis.

 

Price Adjustments

Unfortunately, we do not provide price adjustments on any orders that have already been shipped. Offers/promotions cannot be used retroactively.
